Housing Act 2004

It is important that landlords become familiar with this new act and how it will affect us. Members should read the section on Tenancy Deposit Schemes as this will affect how we hold deposits on properties in the future. The Housing Act 2004 will be available to read at our "Documents & Help" link shortly.

Promotion

The Association has received positive feedback on it's newsletters. The website is already being used by our members and more information is being added to it regularly. These additions to the way we keep members informed on what is happening within the Association is only an overview and it is important that members attend the association meetings to ensure that the committee carries the views of all the Association in it's deliberations. The Association would like to increase it's membership and are looking at ways at promoting ourselves better. Your views on this would be appreciated.
