The reason that polyester carded filling is used in chair cushions on suites is to produce softer lines and fill out the cushion cover. It also gives extra comfort.

It is available to fill in the 2oz (about 1/2" thick) and 4oz (about 1" thick) and 27" wide.

All you have to do is ask for polyester carded filling when placing your order.
